Agreement to these terms
By using EndyList, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EndyList.
Who operates EndyList
EndyList operates this service and is responsible for the public website, account features, and synced app experience.
Using EndyList
EndyList is a personal productivity app. You are responsible for the tasks, notes, categories, settings, and other content you add to it. You are also responsible for keeping your account login, vault password, recovery key, and trusted devices secure.
Accounts and sign-in
You may create an EndyList account or sign in through supported providers such as Google or WordPress.com. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use only accounts you are authorized to use. EndyList may suspend or remove access if an account is used to harm the service or other people.
Vault encryption and recovery
EndyList includes vault features designed to encrypt private task titles, subtask titles, and notes in your browser before they sync. This improves privacy, but it also means EndyList may not be able to recover encrypted task titles, subtask titles, or notes if you lose every unlock method. You are responsible for saving recovery information and managing trusted devices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse EndyList or interfere with the service. For example, you may not:
- try to access another user’s account or data;
- probe, scan, or attack EndyList systems;
- use EndyList to upload malicious code or harmful content;
- abuse sign-in providers, registration, or password reset flows;
- use EndyList in a way that violates applicable law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to EndyList. You give EndyList permission to store, process, sync, back up, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the service, provide support, maintain security, and comply with the law.
No professional advice
EndyList helps you organize priorities and tasks. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, professional, or emergency advice. Do not rely on EndyList as your only way to remember urgent or safety-critical obligations.
Service availability and changes
EndyList may change, pause, or stop features over time. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, or other events. EndyList may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
EndyList is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndyList disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndyList will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption arising from your use of EndyList.
